The air conditioning was a real problem. It never cooled the room below 23C, even though the thermostat was set to 16C. This made sleeping uncomfortable. The room also lacked some expected amenities. I would have liked a desk area and more comfortable furniture on the patio. Housekeeping also missed some details, such as replacing toiletries.

the staff were always cute and helpful . the room was clean, and i found the bed to be very comfortable. i found a turkish coffee maker, a good addition, with delicious coffee provided. the shower was spacious with pink tiles and had nice shampoo and conditioner.
a minor issue was the air conditioning. it struggled to cool the room effectively. the thermostat indicated a temperature higher than its setting. i felt that this impacted overall comfort levels.

The staff are really fantastic and could not do enough for you. The food is delicious, and breakfast is so fresh. I loved the music in the evenings. We even had a harpist playing. (I found this very romantic).
The room design felt a bit small, considering the price. The bathroom took up nearly half the room's footprint, which seemed like a miscalculation. What they call a balcony is a tiny ledge extending from the bathroom. It is there just to tick a box for the star rating, not for actual guest use.

The hotel had beautiful floral displays throughout. The staff was very attentive. They provided anything we needed. Our room featured an outdoor balcony. We enjoyed sitting there in the afternoon sun. The rooftop area offered a place to view the Acropolis. i would return!
The room was a bit small, though it had a lovely design. i wish the room could have been slightly bigger for luggage.
