Mixed Feelings About This Stay
faulty air conditioning poor housekeeping
The air conditioning was a real problem. It never cooled the room below 23C, even though the thermostat was set to 16C. This made sleeping uncomfortable. The room also lacked some expected amenities. I would have liked a desk area and more comfortable furniture on the patio. Housekeeping also missed some details, such as replacing toiletries.

fantastic staff delicious food fresh breakfast small room design miscalculation tiny ledge
The staff are really fantastic and could not do enough for you. The food is delicious, and breakfast is so fresh. I loved the music in the evenings. We even had a harpist playing. (I found this very romantic).
The room design felt a bit small, considering the price. The bathroom took up nearly half the room's footprint, which was like a miscalculation. What they call a balcony is a tiny ledge extending from the bathroom. It is there just to tick a box for the star rating, not for actual guest use.
